Download IEAK (Internet Explorer Administration Kit) from Microsoft, it is special tool for this purposes....

If you are looking IE for just one OS, search for "This folder is*.txt" (with the quotes) on a machine that already has it installed (and has the same OS). Delete the text file, and copy the remaining files to your svcpack folder (if deploying with Windows) or onto a network share of your choice (if just deploying ie). run setup.exe with these switches:

setup.exe /q:u /r:n
