Buzzard Posted February 16, 2005 Share Posted February 16, 2005 Hey all!I have just spent a long while configuring my XPcd for an unattended install with all my drivers etc.But I intend to install it to one of my SATA raid drives, which is Drive E:If I use it as it is, will it install straight on to the first (C: drive)?or do I need to add an entry somewhere that will tell it which drive to install to?eg:multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(2)partition(1)\WINDOWS="SATA XP" /fastdetect Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
tguy Posted February 17, 2005 Share Posted February 17, 2005 Just start the installation with the following settings in place in your WINNT.SIF or unattend.txt file.It will prompt you for the drive and/or partition to install to.[Data] AutoPartition=0[unattended] Repartition=No ExtendOemPartition=0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
