Winxp/2003 Upgrade?

I have made a custom install of both XPSP2 and 2003 using nLite (.99.7 I think) and managed to put it on a all in one CD I made. for some reason when the dos txtmode setup of the cd starts it says it is an upgrade and need to have a previous verion isntalled.

Now I have never had a upgrad version of eather app. Infact the Source of both 2003 and XP files come from WinXP/2003 FULL CDs.

Maybe the TXTSETUP.SIF has an upgrade check flag in it. ???????

Any Ideas?
