Does anyone know how to add more NIC drivers to the RIS Boot Floppy. As It only supports older NICS ( No GBlan) at the moment

as no one has replied and no more question asked I assume that you have found a way to add more drivers. If you have would mind sharing with me. I have an Intel NIC which hasn't got PXE support

You cannot add additional network adapters to the RIS boot disk. Microsoft adds additional network adapters over time and makes the updates in the Rbfg.exe tool that is available through distribution channels, such as the Web, Windows Update, and future service packs.

From what Ive found, you cant add new Nics to the boot floopy.

I now use AutoRis to add Nic's that support PXE.

You cannot add drivers to the boot floppy, period. As for GBLan NICs, if the NIC card supports PXE, you can use it. Since the driver will probably not be included in the Windows source, simply do the following to make it work:
