Creating A Logoff Shortcut

I have created a logoff shortcut for Windows server 2003 and XP, but the same command doesn't work for Server 2000. Any ideas on what I need to put in there. Here is the current command I am using for XXP and server 2003 : %windir%\system32\shutdown.exe -l -t 00
