When Ever I try to right click on a folder or my start button, I get a not responding box. I tried to disable the stuff in my right click menu by using the ShellExView and I also tried to disable the DEP and still can't get the right click menu. I mean there's nothing that comes up. Anyone here have this problem?

Nevewrmind I got it fixed. It was a disabled PGPServ service. :)
