hi i wnt 2 to test my Unattended cd using virtual machine, but i want a virtual drive w/c has the partitions C, D, E & F (same as my current drive)

my current drive has 40gb capacity only...

c --windows 10gb

d --programs 15gb

e --documents 10gb

f --mp3's 10gb

in short, i want to test it in a virtual machine & virtual drive same as my PC..

by the way im using Microsoft Virtual PC trial...

sorry for redundancy... im not good in english... :unsure:

slimzky, you can easily do it.

A virtual PC is the same as your real PC - but harmless.

Boot up from any bootable disk and start a partitioning tool and partition it to how your real HD is set up. Normally you can assign just the bare minimum but simulate a far larger HD - provided your VM software permits and you don't ACTUALLY fill up your virtual disk to 40 GB.
