Can't open videos

Just lately when trying to open attachments or videos i either get blank screen or this error message.C:\Documents and Settings\don\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content IE5\ODODYR49\shiela[1].wmv ,then farther down it says Invalid Menu Handle Could use some help. Thanks

What r u running? MSMedia10,Real Player Quictiem or something else? Also what browser do u run?

Also consider updating yr IE
