Novell Client Breaks During unattended xp upgrdae

Hi All,

I am upgrading to windows xp pro from win2K pro. Everything else works fine for me during the upgrdae but Novell client breaks somehow. So once the upgrade finishes and i want to login using novell client i get the following message

"A required network service has not been started. Please check your error log for details"

In my answer file i have added the following in networking section

[Networking]

[NetClients]

MS_NWClient="parms.MS_NWClient"

And if i add following section in my answer file

[MS_NWClient parameters]

DefaultContext=contextname

DefaultTree=treename

LogonScript=Yes

PreferredServer=servername

I am unable to run the unattended installation at all. I am trying to overcome this problem for 2 weeks now but cant get over with it, I am using the latest novell client version 4.90SP2.

Any help in this regard will be really appreciated. And also if you can give me any resources for unattended upgrade of xp over the network, all the resources i can find here are for unattended installation from xp cd.

You should uninstall the existing Novell Client BEFORE upgrading to Windows XP.

If you are still having problems please post your unattend.txt file and the commands you are using to call the installation.
