Installing SQL Server 2000 is a sinch since its an installsheild... what I need to figure out now is how to configure it UA style... ie: create a couple databases with a couple non-default settings.. configure the logins, etc...

Anyone know how to go about doing this?

I also need to find out how to automatically create a couple ODBC connections which use the databases created in the previous step...

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!
