burning windows xp

is there a way to burn the cd the right way instead of the wrong way if there is, cause i burned a windows xp cd i borrowed and i burned it and when i reformatted my computer it said fatal error in the middle of it, the 2nd try it worked but i got viruses and my comp is really laggy and the activate windows thing goes on(really its like random errors, it could be anything from the 2nd try i tried to burn it), so can someone help me? btw im burning windows xp home.

no i dont have a previous install disk, how come u want it to be locked? Unattended XP is almost the same thing but not just burning it right off the bat.

I think i mis understood you are you trying to make a copy of a friends windows xp. if so that violates the eula. if you are trying to make a copy of a windows xp copy you own you can use nero burnig rom or roxio disk backup.

If you aretrying to make an unattended instal ive had good luck with nlite.

BY the way what exactly is the wrog way to burn a cd (runs to the toaster)
