XPLODE Problem

I ve set up xplode to instal in svcpack.inf as the pdf file says but nothing happens in the

T-13 minute....

Is there an known issue to make xplode work?

I'm also using a modified wintbbu.dll...

Please help....

never tried using svcpack.inf but i use cmdlines.txt, & it works fine

[commands]

..\Install\xplode\xplode.exe

of course this only works if u have the same directory structure

cdrom\Install\xplode\xplode.exe being the structure
