how can i find .reg for prog?

I can silently install flashfxp , with FlashFXP.exe" /SILENT

But then it still needs a serialkey, i can add this manually, but i want to include it with the silent install. Is the serial always stored in the registry? How can i find it?

I have the same problem with zonealarm security suite, i actually found the serial in the registry and made a .reg, but it doesnt work?

Or is there a switch to add a serialnumber? The /lickey switch for zalarm didnt work for me...

some programs use a file that store reg info in it (usually a .dat or .ini file) - opera does this, aswell as many others

some programs use the registry

other programs use both methods + hardware footprint IDs (meaning machine specific reg keys, so u cant use it on more then 1 pc)
