file associations missing

I´m totally lost.

after running ad-watch I got a lot of dialog popups that says something

like this program is trying to change in the register. is it ok ?

I did not. I ansverd no on all of them.

Now windows can not recognice filtypes like exe, lnk...

I cant run the dos either
