Registry Question

Recommended Posts

If I were to back up every key branch in my registry after I made all my "tweeks"

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, HKEY_CURRENT_USER, etc. and then imported them during my unattended install would that work instead of searching for each and every key to edit. I'm kinda lazy but if can't be done I dont' mind doing the harder ways.

If you have any questions or comments please post them or PM me. Thanks.

that would be a bad idea. You'd also be importing all the other data that software installs as well as hardware specific things. SID's also change, so that won't work.
