disable boot logo fade-in

I think you have to edit one of the numbers in front of the pallete to do it. I once did that, and something happend to the fade, it stopped halfway. Maybe you can do some trick with it and make it not appear at all.

(btwiif you set it too high, and if i remember correctly, you get the BSoD)
