hi, sorry if this is a double post;

i'm am wondering if there is a way to disable windows boot logo fading in...

I think you have to edit one of the numbers in front of the pallete to do it. I once did that, and something happend to the fade, it stopped halfway. Maybe you can do some trick with it and make it not appear at all.
