syskplim Posted January 28, 2005 Posted January 28, 2005 I am using default scandisk from Windows. its only can scan entire hdd for error.Is there any suggestion for a tools that can be use to scan a faulty folder?my problem is: i have a bad folder and make me cannot install a program. that is a system folder. when i install that program, it told me that system folder is corrupted and deny to continue the installation. The error message prompt me to do scandisk/chkdsk first. of cause i can scan my whole hdd but this will be very slow.i used NDD before and its for entire hdd too.
