display drivers r not detected during setup screen

plz help me out in solving this drivers detection problem

my display drivers are not detected during the setup screen but are detected after windows setup is completed and windows restart.

due to which my setup screen shows only few colors and look jaggy.

in this case how can i use winntbbu.dl_ file which should appear sharp and clear as in windows 32bit colors.
