Help Installing XP

I am trying to install my Windwos XP disk onto my new computer but when trying to install i get a message saying that the file txtsetup.sif is corrupt or deleted, status 4096 and i was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it or can advise me on what do to.

Hmmm, looks like a bad CD, or a not 100% computer.

Edit:

Are you using a new Harddisk?

Any RAID or SATA configurations?

Overclocked system?
