How to Make Unattended CD for Newbies

I have read the guide listed above and tried to install the ATI drivers as listed, i followed the instructions but i am not sure where to put this line in my winnt.sif file

OemPnPDriversPath="DP\001_ATI;"

Can anyone tell me what hedder it has to go under.
