Can someone help my telewestbroadband keeps disconnecting if i don't use the internet for a couple of minutes how can i stop it from doing this?


Are you connecting using a Router? Maybe the Timeout is set to 2 minutes?

My mate had a similar problem with telewest broadband he resolved it by switching off the "black box" for about a minute and then turning it back on....if that makes sense
