Restarting with RunOnceEx

I'm using a runonceex.cmd file and I wanted to have it restart the computer after a certain point, and then finish the installations.

Could setting the last item that runonceex runs points to a .cmd file that puts new values in the registry and then restarts the computer work?

In my winnt.sif file I would have autologon set at 2 so that it would logon on the second time to finish everything.
