it is not possible for a zone to contain multiple primary dns server right? it can only contain 1 primary and multiple secondary?

Windows DNS???? You can have more than one primary but it is not recommended.

The two primary zones can host identical records but they will not dynamically update each other like a Primary/Secondary or Active Directory Integrated configuration will.
