Disable Options on Classic Login Screen

Does anyone know a registry tweak to disable the 'Options' button on the Classic Windows Login screen. I am on a domain and on the login screen, I want to either get rid of the options button, grey it out, or to just make it so that it doesn't expand when a password is typed incorrectly.

I did this once using "gpedit.msc". You have to search for it... and I think set some Polices too.
