In general, as long as you do not have multiple TSR type apps, is there much of a potential conflict if you run several different apps for the same purpose??

The only problem that I can think of that you would run into would be programs that are constantly scanning your computer/internet (i.e. AV programs and firewalls).

As for spyware scanners, you should be fine.
