hi,

the MSFN unattend method of install is really great and we will be using it across our Organisation.

Is there anybody out there who has managed to change the GUI shown in RUNONCEEX?

I dont mind using the provided one but is this able to be changed into something different?

Im not interested in using a HTML type based one where you select the apps to install as my users cant log on let alone choose software!

thanks

I believe there is a way to change things like the font type/size, window size and all the colors, but I think the layout itself is hardcoded into Windows.

Not 100% sure on any of this, though, so don't quote me. ;)

the dialogue is saved in setupapi.dll

However, it would require you to edit a system file.

You could use XPlode or WIHU to change the look. WIHU can be set to just automatically install the software, instead of waiting for user selection.

WPI also has that ability, just set a timer.
