Premiere Pro Installshield Error 3

I did an install of premiere pro 1.5 on my machine using the /r switch to make a setup.iss file

WHen I try to test the iss file to see if it will install, I run the standard setup.exe /s /sms but it keeps telling me error code 3 (Required Data not Found)

Ill post the iss file (serial removed) can anyone tell me what is missing here?

Double check to see if your setup.iss file is in the same directory as your setup file.
