16bit shortcut colours to 256 colours =/

Hello, new here.

Started to play with Microsoft Powertools (TweakUI) and made some things to shortcut arrows...well arrows seems to be gone and so are the colours too??? Any way to get those colours back to 16-bit like they were?

I downloaded new version of TweakUI but no effect.
