Shut down/Log Off utility needed. Know of any?

I tried a google search, but I can't seem to find an application that fits the bill. I would like a very basic application that when launched presents a menu that offers "Switch User", "Log Off", "Suspend", "Restart", and "Shut Down". I don't want applications that run in the background.

Anyone?

I have this shortcut in my quick launch:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe -s -t 01

and this for restart:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe -r -t 01

Thanks for the response. That closewin.exe would be the PERFECT application if it also included "Switch User" and "Log Off". I'm trying to simply my dock, and would like one icon to control all of these functions instead of having the current three.. (log off, switch, shutdown).

Hi!

Just try ishut ,it's really cool and you can customize it very well(You can choose to start ishut with logout/restart/sleep/shutdown or all,Texts,apparence,.....).

And make skin for dialogue boxs.
