SATA Drivers not loading at Install

I have the Promise SATA card. In the past Bashrats pack worked fine for my Windows XP Install. But I have gone through about 10 coasters now trying different things and I know everything is correct for getting the drivers to load at startup. For some reason they do not. The folder the files are under is m\p\ulsata. Everything is definitly correct. Any idea what I could be doing wrong? I used Method 1.
