Add local printer through cmdlines.txt?

hey is it possible to add a local printer through cmdlines.txt?

This is what i have:

[COMMANDS]
"REGEDIT /S regtweaks.reg"
".\Novell.cmd"
".\codecs.cmd"
"rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /if /b "RightFax TEST" /f %windir%\inf\ntprint.inf /r "lpt1:" /m "HP LaserJet 5""

could it be not working because of the ""

it has to be done during installation because a package that is installed needs a local printer, BUT there is no printer connected...... so it cant be PnP

any help apreciated

If it helps,

The printer does not have to be there, only the drivers installed

what i mean is if the printer is installed then deleted, then the package is installed it works fine.

so is there a way 2 isntall the drivers if you cant install the printer?
