prathapml Posted January 4, 2005 Posted January 4, 2005 Indeed. multi-posting might even lead to a ban.chuangfeng, there seems to be nothing wrong here.... What you describe is normal behaviour. You should always shut-down before removing/adding hard-disks (even if it is on USB).If you mean to say, its still coming up with an error even after a restart, then try going into safe-mode and disabling the Mass-Storage device from device manager. After that, it should be (hopefully) fine while running in normal mode without your Mass-Storage device.
