Dell Fresh-Boot

I recently had the opportunity of booting a brand new Dell (XP SP2) for the first time and saw some features that i'm really interested in.

As is normal OS and software was already there, but at first boot it prompted for things like Computer Name, Administrator password, locale etc. Information that is usually provided at setup. Note this does not appear to be part of the windows setup process, it is more so in the "Welcome to Windows XP" screens where user accounts and registration occurs.

Any ideas how?

If I remember well, this is done with Sysprep. If you search the forums for it,you'll find tons of info.
