:thumbup Try new remote access software called "I'm InTouch"!

With this product you can remotely access your home or work PC from

wherever you have a broadband or always-on Internet connection.

This product is cheaper and more secure than Go To My PC or PC anywhere

and works great with either PC or wireless devices - even with web-enabled cell phones!

You can download a FREE trial at: <snip>

Or send me an e-mail at: <snip> and I will let you know how to install it.

I would also be happy to share info with other remote access software users and discuss pros and cons of why people choose this or that particular vendor.

Please join in the discussion!

For one, Remote Desktop to a Terminal Server has been around long enough to feel stable. And other powerful solutions exist too, like VNC (which has a multitude of clients/servers).

And your post looks suspiciously like a commercial pitch - which is not allowed here. You're welcome to introduce freeware though.

Why would I install another remote access program when I have Remote Desktop already there. And, I have only seen one Remote Desktop solution that is better, Citrix.

And your post does sound an awful lot like spam.

And your link is to a file, not a web page that has the program to download. My response is "Oh Hell No". Blindly downloading and running an exe file is what stupid users do.

And $100 a year, your joking right?

If you go to 01communique's profile you will see a legit web site for the software. The site doesn't look thrown together either. He should have linked to that site instead of the download file.

I still smells of SPAM though. And I also think the linke should be removed.

Okay, since it wasn't only me thinking there's something odd here, link to file and email address removed.

For one, trial downloads are available everywhere.

Second, someone who gives an email address and goes away doesn't quite seem serious about participating on the forum. You'd expect that the least one could do after throwing a commercial pitch, is to hang around in the thread and answer questions asked by forum members.
