Heu Guys

I a new to virtual machine, and I was wondering how do I view my finished Winntbbu file. Also How do I view my old XP Setup screen screen and How do I capture the picture to post in this form. I just new a little gudeness with virtual machine. I never used it before. Also eveytime I launch Virtual Machine, The New Virtual Machine Wizard Comes Up. What do I do with it? So if Some one can help out, I would be really thankful.
