Is your setup.cmd file actually in your Install folder? As per the path stated in your WINNT.SIF?

$oem$/&S$/Install

Is this a typo or have you named your folders like this?

I have also read that not capitalizing WINNT.SIF when naming it causes probs.

$1 is the must. It is a special folder for files to be transfered to the root of your harddrive. &S$ is not special?

Have you got folders named as $oem$/&S$/Install as you have typed it? Or are they named $OEM$\$1\Install as they should be?
