How the hell does one go about removing this useless folder? I try removing it manually but it magically appears later. Ive also tried removing the reg key

What in the world does one have to do to keep this off my pc??

Just an idea - have you tried to open up Windows Media Player and checking in the options to change the location of where the files are located/ stored? Try changing the location to another folder and then dlete the reg key.
