Settings watcher :S

Hey guys is there any programs that are quick and easy to use that i can use to monitr the changes that happen when i change settings from windows if you get that

regsnap will monitor registry, thats where most settings are stored

I cant seem to get this program doing what i want is there anyway to make it watch just one program like dxdiag or the startmenu
