gabriel_buc Posted December 29, 2004 Posted December 29, 2004 I've just installed Adobe Acrobat 7 and working around with it I discovered the new Organizer. Looked very interesting so I tried to create a new category. But no matter how I tried to do that (using toolbar, using menu) no new category can be created. Anyone around here is experiencing the same problem ?Is this a bug or something went wrong in the installation process or something ?Cheers
firefoxthebomb Posted December 30, 2004 Posted December 30, 2004 I just installed this and went to the collections and right clicked on it and created a new collection without any problem. Try uninstalling it completely, restarting and then re-install the program, then restart again and then run the program. hope this helps.
gabriel_buc Posted January 3, 2005 Author Posted January 3, 2005 I solved my problem.I completely uninstalled Acrobat, restarted the searched in Application Data for Acrobat folders and deleted, also removed all Acrobat registry keys, reinstalled, restarted again and now Organizer works just fine.I have no idea what happend first time when I installed Acrobat and why Organized didn't function as it should.
