Windows 2k3 boot screen

Hey guys how can i change the boot screen so before it boots into any windows it changes it, and also there are banners in loading windows and shuting down windows i was wondering how i can change them safely

Search: Logon Screens ; Boot Screens.

2003 and XP use almost the exact same kernel, just modify them the same. As for adding them to the CD, refer to the Customization thread ( http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=9878 ) or replace the original kernel file in the I386 folder (not advised)
