WinRAR help!

ahh i need to know exactly how to compress an MPEG movie file using WinRAR. i have tried several ways but they dont seem to make the file any smaller. please please can someone help me

that is bec mpeg is already a form of compression.

if u want to compress it, use divx http://www.divx.com
