Unattend.txt question

I am working on an upgrade from MCE 2004 to MCE 2005.

I have tried all the infomation provided by opk. Created the winnt.sif.

I received error when run the winnt32.exe /unattend:winnt.sif

Error always prompt before get to PID input screen.

Need to know where to fix the issue.

If you run winnt32.exe, rename winnt.sif to unattend.txt

The error display as:

The Setup script file does not contain a valid Product ID. Contact your system administrator for a valid Product ID.

How do we get rid of this error message?

Is there any registry entry could disable this message?

2. Why are there two sections called UserData in your winnt.sif?

3. Why is ProductKey all the way at the bottom?
