OpenCanvas on Win2k3? (Working on a fix)

My friend and I use our win2k3 installations as desktop environments. He really wants to get OpenCanvas (He does alot of drawing/sketches)

Unfortunately, it refuses to install on our OS. It uses an EXE file, so I can't open it in Orca or anything. However, I found part of the code from the MSI section of the .exe

I'm pretty sure that's where it's stopping us... But I already tried changing "SuppressWrongOS" to N and it didn't work... any other ideas?
