Cant get past the final welcome screen.

Hi Guys,I am havind difficulty getting pass this final welcome screen. the part where you go next, then set up internet etc then finally add users. I have created a user via cmd and reg files as suggested, but I am at a loss as to why this screen comes up. If I add my user name of admin it then goes straight to the log in screen asking for my password which i created earlier. Can i get around around having to manuallly click throught this welcome screen? Example if winnt.sf is below.

Search next time, and don't post your CDKEY. and use CODEtages.
