Install slows to a Crawl.............textmode

at textmode, sometimes it crawls to slowww...... I use cdrw to 2nd partition to test and

have had problems of late with cdrw's, they need a full erase after every use now, even

new ones? I think the Plextor is dying..............because I get this "redundency error" or

something like that, and the install is cancelled at the 39min mark. Any ideas on this?

Ah......new Plextor DVD burner did the trick......fixed
