Login in Failed

hi! good day! to all! hir specially to the administrator!!

i have problem when loggin in to windows 2003 login dialog

when i enter my user name and password

and hit ok! and it saying.... the status preparing to connect

loading personalize profile then a few second it returns back saying saving your

settings... then i return login box again it won't log me in any idea how to fix this....

Resolution: 1. If the Read permission has been removed from the %SystemRoot% folder or its subfolders, you will need to restore "Read" permissions for the Everyone group to the %SystemRoot% folder and all its subfolders.

2. Or your profile has been damaged. Re-create one.
