Sp2 pop up blocker ?

I'm trying to a make windows Xp sp2 cd.

My question is:

Is there a way to make a setup that allows a specific web site's pop up windows ?

A way so it works/be the same on all the differents user accounts ?

[iEPopupBlocker]

AllowedSites=http://www.whatever.xxx

If you want to add more than one site separate by a semicolon without a space between entries. Add as many as you want.

e.g.

[iEPopupBlocker]

AllowedSites=http://www.whatever.xxx;http://www.somewhereelse.xxx
