my Explorer crashed !

please help!

i am using win2000 sp4.

when i double click "my computer" or "control pannel" , i recieved a message:

Explorer.exe error ! Instruction at "0x024d7029" use memory address "0x00000000". Can't be "read".

Click on "OK" to exit program.

click "OK", my Explorer crashed !

Just reboot the computer and see what happens

no problem with reboot .

but , click on " my computer" , "memory can't be read" problem occued !!

u must hv installed something recently

turn off any custom themes u r using , this happened 2 me along time ago with xp & the xbox theme dunno if this is the case for 2k
