In case anyone uses this excellent program.. to install silently run...

setup.exe /install:<Insert Desired Installation Path> /q2

and it appears as though all settings are kept here...

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\AccountLogon\Settings]

Just export this key after installing and apply them after installing your UA instance
