msn messenger.. how to stop it detecting away/back

hi, just wondering if there is a simple way to stop my MSN messenger automatically changing me from "Away" to "online" whenever i fast user switch or log on ?

basically so it will never change status, unless i manually change it...

if you are using msn messenger 6 and above you can go to options and then on the Personal tab uncheck the two items under my status.

I've had the opposite problem.. My msn changed my status from away to online.. I don't really care, though, but it would have been interesting to know why msn changes the status. (I have also turned of the automatical thing under options..)

This will stop it from changing to "Away", I don't know about "back".

was already set at 0...

yet when its set as away, as soon as i get back from work it changes to online mode, which isnt what i want
